GREEN HORNET Reviewed… BLAM!
Ok, finally got a chance yesterday to see GREEN HORNET in the theater with crowds. Um… I said with crowds. Um… ok, I took my Dad, Fireball Pop, and we got there a little early.
Only… I think people forgot that there was a movie actually in that theater, so… we went to sleep.
Anywho, once the flick started, it was a torrential storm of ACTION, QUIPS, MUSIC , SHENANAGANS, and just plain silliness. On the good side, the acting was ok, the action was WAY OVER THE TOP, especially at the end and the direction was straight to the point.
This… was by definition, a popcorn movie if there ever was one. DON’T expect to see something you’ve never seen before, but just plan to have fun. Pretend you’re ten, then you’ll love it and want GREEN HORNET 2- STUNG AGAIN. (Hollywood Studio Producer Doods, that’s my title and you can’t have it!) ™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™™………

What’s goin’ on in Hollywood…
So much is happening, it’s beyond belief. Sci-Fi, Action, Comic, Cars are all in. Here’s a few of the skinny…
1- Roland Emmerich is Directing a ‘Cloverfield’-Style Alien Invasion Movie called ‘The Zone.” And it better be better than the last earth destruction movie he did. And didn’t he already do an alien invasion movie called “Independence Day?”
2- Release Date for “The Bourne Legacy” is officially August 3, 2012. I think that’s right before our world goes to pot, so it may be the last movie we’ll get to see. At least we’ll end on a high note…
3- Tony Scott is Directing “Top Gun 2″ and Robert Zemeckis is doing “Roger Rabbit 2.” Maybe they can pull together and do “Top Rabbit 4″ or “Roger Gun 8?” Would you believe… “Rabbit Gun Will Travel?”
4- “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” will be directed by Timur Bekmambetov, produced by him and Tim Burton, and with a cast yet to be announced, will hit on June 22, 2012. Whew… Tim gets one in right before the big boom. Bada Big Boom.

Normally, you get two or three good car movies a year. But this is outta control in a way that shows that the Automotive Culture wants serious machinery in action. Um, …that would be you guys. So, that’s what we and the studios are doing to make sure you get that action. Which one’s are you looking forward to?
The sheer number of car films coming out, let alone what’s in the future pike is overwhelming. And I’m lovin’ every second of it. So, here’s a few posters of some of them. FASTER, FAST FIVE, GREEN HORNET, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 4, DRIVE ANGRY, PRIEST, TRON LEGACY, MACHETE, CAPTAIN AMERICA, HANGOVER 2, TRANSFORMERS 3, WRECKED and even the ALIEN PREQUEL that Ridley Scott is now prepping with Natalie Portman has an automotive element. The Black Beauty is one of the coolest MOVIE CARS ever produced! Originally built by Dean Jeffries for the TV Show, later found in a junkyard by George Barris and rebuilt, this lady of the small screen has been on task for years. And now, with a new film, she’s gonna be even nastier!
Only three days on this auction! It can be parked in your driveway, or on your shelf… whatever works. And I’m throwin’ in a FREE T-SHIRT!!!! And THAT, just makes it plain cool.
BLACK BEAUTY WRECKED!
Did Kato wreck the Black Beauty? Yes. Was it supposed to be wrecked? Hm.
Although this looks like an accident on set, it also looks planned. As in, “we menat to do that.” And since there were several Black Beauty’s built for the film, there’s a good chance that this is a set up. The only givaway is the fact that for an accident, it’s kinda cheesy. Keep you posted.

Unveiled at Comic Con, this beast is workin.’ In the words of Seth Rogen, “this car had to be something to able to drive on the street.” Maybe those guns are a givaway, but probably not.
